Founders, Elevate Wellness
Elevate Wellness is personal. Spencer and Leah are Coronado locals, raising their three boys on the island. Elevate was built from the same values they bring to their own lives: a relentless curiosity about what it means to feel and perform at your best.
Both hold Bachelor of Science degrees in Exercise & Sport Science and MBAs from Point Loma Nazarene University. Spencer spent years as a strength and conditioning specialist before turning his focus to the emerging science of recovery and longevity. Leah brings the same academic foundation and a shared obsession with what actually works.
As busy parents, they understand what it's like to run on empty and still need to show up. Elevate exists because they couldn't find a place in their own community that made advanced recovery feel simple, welcoming, and within reach. So they built it, for their neighbors, their fellow parents, their athletes, and anyone who wants to invest in how they feel for the long haul.

Dr. Jeffrey McWhorter is the founder of True Performance in Rancho Santa Fe, CA, and one of the most decorated practitioners in advanced recovery medicine. He is recognized as a leading expert in hyperbaric oxygen therapy and is regarded as the world's foremost physician utilizing the GyroStim, a distinction backed by his development of more than 460 advanced neurological treatment protocols.
Dr. McWhorter serves as Elevate's Clinical Advisor, providing expert guidance on protocols and available for telehealth consultations upon request.
